Appetizers are served family style and priced per person. Each appetizer is plated on a larger format plate meant to be shared. Salads, entrees, and desserts are plated individually and will be ordered by the guests at the event.

Select from our full menu of authentic Italian cuisine. Appetizers and mains will be served family style and priced per person. Drink packages are available to suit.

We can deliver the perfect blend of light bites, appetizers and drinks to suit your preferences. From wine/beer to our speciality cocktails, we can customize it to your needs.

What types of events can Il Bellagio accommodate?

We welcome a variety of private events including birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and other special celebrations.

What room configurations are available?

Our event spaces can be arranged to suit your needs:

Seated dining: square or rectangular tables

Combination setups for dining and mingling

Can the menu be customized for my event?

Absolutely! Our culinary team can work with you to design a personalized menu for your event, including dietary restrictions and custom-printed menus with your logo or brand.

Do you offer open bar options?

Yes, we offer flexible bar packages including:

Open bar with house selections
Beer and wine only
Consumption-based bar
Customized signature cocktails

Can I bring special decorations?

Of course! You may bring your own decorations, such as floral arrangements, banners, balloons, and centerpieces. We kindly request that you refrain from hanging anything from the walls and avoid using confetti. Please coordinate with our manager or event planner beforehand for setup arrangements.

Does Il Bellagio provide special table settings or linens?

Yes, we provide elegant standard table settings. For linens, our event coordinator can assist with rental options.

Is audio-visual equipment available?

Most rooms have large screen TV’s for use along with an audio system. If you need a projector or PA system, that would need to be brought.

What is the capacity for private events?

Our spaces accommodate various group sizes, from intimate gatherings of 10-20 guests to larger parties up to 60 guests. Our event coordinator will suggest the best space based on your guest count.

How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, particularly during busy seasons or weekends.

Is parking available for event guests?

Yes, convenient parking options are available nearby, including valet services and public parking garages.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations require a minimum of two weeks’ notice. Specific terms and conditions will be outlined in your event agreement.

Is the room private for my event?

Our Palm Room event space includes two connecting rooms that may be booked independently. If you book one room, the connecting room may be reserved by another group during your event. If full privacy is needed or expected, we recommend booking the full event space.
